On this episode of Illuminate, Catherine Graham is joined by Sara Kuz to share about their own experiences of Breaking Down the Illusion of Reality. As a student of life, Sara is someone who consciously witnesses the flow and patterns, and explores the mechanics of what is happening. Life holds up a mirror to our faces, and similar to how it might be difficult to decipher a dream, it may be difficult to recognize the things life is reflecting back to us. Using the language of Human Design as a structure to jump off of and the flavor of compassion, Sara helps her clients decipher and understand what life is asking in order for them to find clarity and their own unique way through their challenges.
